Spirit of Fashion was born in September 2012 as a boutique agency with the purpose of launching the career of the models that we represent. We train them and we improve their appearance taking in mind not only their innate talent but also their personal interests and concerns. With this focus we make sure that they will be ready to enter in this competitive market both nationally and internationally.

 

Our team is lead by Nancy De Lio. She had 10 years of experience as a Commercial Casting Director when the Argentinian subsidary of Ford Models International chose her to work as a booker and to train the models. When Ford leaves the country, she decides to found Hype Management Agency, where she worked for 10 years discovering, training new faces, finding new customers and creating and managing strategic alliances with the most important agencies worldwide in order to develop not only a local but also an international career.
